I do not drink alcohol at all, but water, orange juice and Diet Coke. Diet Coke is apparently very addictive, and I always like a bottle in a few days. So, I recently reduced majorly on him and he had only with meals and, instead of replacing the water “snack” to drink. So I drink the hell of a lot of water. I heard somewhere Diet Coke is 60% body fat, but I do not know how this is true. But my face and stomach feel much less buy bloated. Do I imagine, because I want to lose weight, diet coke, or has actually helped reduce my weight and my health? Unfortunately, I do not have enough space to do good sentence.
